When it comes to choosing real estate agents you get what you pay for. Some are better than others, and a quality agent probably isn’t going to be one of the cheapest. Photographers are exactly the same.
There are cheaper photographers here in Bartlesville, but they are often trying to rush through a photo shoot as quickly as possible. That creates a poor impression with the homeowner who is home at the time, and this can reflect poorly on the agent that recommended them.
Other photographers are just getting started in real estate photography, and they start out cheap to get more clients but their lack of experience is often evident.

The amount of time it takes to do a full real estate photo shoot will vary, depending on the package that is booked and the services that are included.
Typically, a photo shoot will take up to LENGTH OF TIME THAT YOU TAKE, though if other services are booked (such as video or floorplan) then allow extra time.
If it’s important that you know the time beforehand, please have a chat with us and we can give you an estimate based on the booking that is made.

We often encounter difficult weather here in Bartlesville, and that can have a detrimental effect on a real estate photo session. We are happy to reschedule a shoot at short notice if the weather turns poor, however, we always leave it up to our clients to decide if they would like to proceed or not.
If a client does choose to proceed, and then later decides that they would like to have some or all of the photos taken again, further charges will apply.
